Getting to speak personally and build relationships with people who grow our food is so healing. We are finding ways to re-connect back to the roots of local cuisine right here in Vermont! Our connection to the Earth and where our food comes from is an essential step to creating fresh and nutritious food to feed our souls as well as satisfy our cravings.
